- You are purchasing my labor, time AND art.
- I retain all copyrights over my work, which include the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
- I have the right to adjust prices when I feel like the value of my art has gone up.
- I am allowed to take screen shots of conversations involving commissions.
- You 100% agree and understand that my work hours are as follows, pertaining to my RL schedule:

Work Schedule

• Tuesday - Friday:
3:00pm - 10:00pm
(This is when you should ask for WIPs on your commissions.)

• Saturday - Monday: No work hours.
( I will not always be available to send WIPs or respond quickly during this time.)

- You also agree that you understand that my turn around times are anywhere from 1 to 3 months.

By commissioning me, you understand that:

- I work on personal art whenever I want to between commissions sometimes to avoid burn outs. No one owns me or my talent. If you're bothered by me enjoying my own art, then I'm not the artist for you.
- I won't tolerate being hassled for making personal art. If you feel the need to bother me about it, don't be surprised if I don't want to work with you anymore or refuse to accept any commissions, collabs, trades, etc from (or with) you in the future.
- I will work on a minimum of 3 owes artworks per week off of my queue.
- Sometimes, commissions aren't done in the exact order that they are taken (but all commissions are completed within 1-3 months, if you only have 1 commission in queue.) I have ADD and tend to jump to whichever one speaks to my mood on the queue list.
- If you buy multiple slots (3+) you understand that your wait time may be longer than my usual wait times. I have other customers too and my queue cannot be monopolized by one singular commissioner.

By commissioning me, you understand that:


- Any artwork purchased can only be used for personal use.
- Once artwork is purchased, you may re-upload the finished piece publicly, but must give credit and link my account in the description where ever you may re-post. This also includes line art and adopts.
- You are not allowed to remove my watermark/logo if I put it on the image.

By commissioning me, you understand that:

- I offer refunds if I am not able to do your piece or continue with it. Be 100% sure you want to commission me before sending money.
- There are no refunds once you have approved your sketch. I will ask for approval every time on commissioned work.
- All prices are firm and are not negotiable. Do not try to talk me down on price.
- Tips are greatly appreciated.
- Paypal only.

- If you force a charge back on my paypal I shall:
1. Create a beware on your user(s) and make sure other artists know about it.
2. Strip you of any rights to the art piece that you received. You will not be allowed to use it in any way, shape or form and it will be turned into a YCH, or personal art for myself.
3. Blacklist you from ever commissioning me again, with no chance to redeem yourself.

- Free or gift art is for good friends ONLY.

- No one is entitled to free art.
- I have a right to cancel any free art.
- I have the right to artistic freedom.
- Bugging me about free art will result in you getting nothing at all.
- I will not draw free art that said person (that the art is for) will not allow me to post on my sites.

- I will only trade with mutual artists.
- I open art trade offers through journals.
- If I accept an art trade and my part is finished, I will not post my piece before you do. I will wait until your part is finished and we can exchange at the same time.

 

Please note that I will NOT tolerate any drama or rudeness whatsoever when it comes to my art and commissions.

- I am free to reject any commission offers that I do not want to do.

- I have the right to refuse service and put you on my artist's blacklist, and/or cancel your commission if:
> You have attempted to slander my art, me or how I work.
> You contacted my friends harassing and/or bothering them about a commission. (They are not involved with my work, this is not acceptable.)
> You or your friends have contacted me being rude about a commission you're waiting on.
> You are under the age of 18 and are wanting to commission me for pornographic artwork.
* Service can legally be denied to those who cause grief or act out, giving my service a bad experience or are attempting to cause harm to it.

- Important note: If you act out (slander, send people after me, cuss me, pitch a fit, act childish, be disrespectful, etc.) you will be added to my blacklist which will result in you not receiving service from me any longer.

- My blacklist is permanent and private. Once you are added, there is very little chance of you being taken off.

- I will keep contact with the commissioner via Discord, Twitter or FurAffinity.
*(Discord is used the most often for commissions, you may ask for my discord user if you commission me.)
- Contact will be considered lost if there no responses to PMs after 3 months from said commissioner.
- Feel free to request WIPs or updates on the commissions progress! (Please only do so once a week.)
*(Great art takes time and a lot of work. So, please, be patient with me and don't be rude or rush me. Keep that in mind!)
